3. Federal Law No. 8 of 2007
Law No. (8) of 2007 Concerning Escrow Accounts for Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Dubai is a legislation enacted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It aims to protect the rights and interests of buyers and investors by ensuring that funds paid towards real estate projects are securely held in designated escrow account.
4. Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 (Freehold Ownership Law)
Under this law it outlines the rights and obligations of freehold property owners, including the registration process, transfer procedures and dispute resolution mechanisms.
5. Tenancy Laws
